At Northfield Middle High School we have embraced the concept of personalizing learning through a grass roots movement of student personal learning plan development. As a pilot school for the state of Vermont in the area of personal learning plans we have developed a process that we call “student driven PLPs”; a blend of student leadership development and technology intergradation. Our presentation will trace and describe us process to date.
